Virtual Assistant – eCommerce Support 

About the Role: 
Looking for a Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our growing eCommerce business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage inboxes and respond to basic customer inquiries. 
  • Assist with order tracking and vendor coordination. 
  • Maintain spreadsheets and upload product data. 
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars. 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent time management and communication. 
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, Shopify, or Trello. 
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude. 

Education: 

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
